When you let ripe Jalapeño peppers smoke and dry slowly, until they are blackened, they develop a delicious full, sweet, spicy flavor.

Once smoked, we call them Chipotle peppers. From both peppers, fresh red and green Jalapeño´s and the smoked Chipotle peppers, we have developed a delicious spicy Chipotle BBQ Rub, which fits perfectly with Tex-Mex cuisine.
