Turkey breast

Cooking: 1 à 1.5 hours (or until a core temperature of 74°C).
BBQ temperature: 110 – 120°C


  • Lockable barbecue

Cut any leftover turkey breast into small pieces and sauté very briefly and hot. Deglaze with wine vinegar and then sprinkle the shreds over your salad.

Step by step

Step 1: Preparation

Dissolve 100 grams of AllBrine in 1 liter of hot water. Allow to cool to refrigerator temperature (min. 7 ̊C).

Inject the turkey breast every 2 inches with the AllBrine No.1. Then rub with the Beef or Steak BBQ Rub.

Step 2: Grill

Fire the barbecue as steadily as possible at 110 to 120 ̊C. Add smoking wood and barbecue slowly in a closed barbecue. Barbecue until a core temperature of 74 ̊C. Remove the meat from the barbecue and let it rest for a while.

Step 3: Serve

Slice the meat into thin slices and serve with homemade East Coast Baconjam.
